Question about "Fun Visit"

We got complimentary 2 day tickets that included Park Hopper and then states: and "2 Fun Visits". I know what "fun visits" are..but my question is...we usually go to the waterpark once..and then downtown disney once. We LOVE Disney quest. Now, we were planning on going to Disney Quest the first day we get there..then going to eat at Fultons..then going back to Disney quest. My question is, can we leave Disney Quest and go back as long as its in the same day and only use 1 fun visit??
