Question about free dining 2010

Yes, its a little early but a girl can dream!

I am working under the assumption that Disney will offer the QS plan at Value resorts and the Basic plan at Mods and above.

My question is this, do you think Disney will allow you to stay at a Value and pay to upgrade to the Basic plan?

I would think so...I beleive that they allowed it this year.

I have booked a value for Aug. 2010 with the bounceback. We have free dining with the regular plan.

They may do like they have in the past years and do the regular free dining in Sept/October for all resorts and then do the QS dining later in the fall/winter. I am crossing my fingers for regular dining....but if not we'll pay oop for the few sit down meals we enjoy and then just enjoy the extra QS, Snack and the refillable mug
