question about fort wilderness

I am booked for a cabin in fort wilderness the feb. 8 to feb 14. My question can i request a specific cabin to stay in even if i booked with a travel agent.
Does any one know of a good loop to request. I dont think we will rent a cart and we are not renting a car. thank you
