Question about flights and TTC

We are flying US Air in November and will takeTTC from the airport to our hotel. The question that I have is - with so many schedule changes in our flight what should I tell TTC? Our original flight was to arrive in Orlando at approx. 7:30 pm. The most recent change has us arriving approx. 1:30 pm. Should I wait until the last change in October to make reservations with TTC? Should I make them based on our original flight and call them back in October with the final information? Or should I make reservations based on the most current information I have? I don't know how they are with changes or with booking last minute. Any information anyone could give me would be appreciated.
Also Beverly Lynn, if you read this when in October do they make their final changes? Is there any particular date? How close to the date of your flight can they make changes? We are leaving Hartford on November 30. Thanks

Give them your flight number. The Tiffany drivers call the airlines to check on actual flight stauus. There have been several reports by DIS posters (in addition to me) that can attest to that. For now, I'd give them the information you have, and then call to confirm your reservation (with any time changes) about 1 week before you leave. Hope you have a wonderful trip!

I always e-mail Debby at Tiffany about two days before I leave with my up-to-date schedule (coming and going). List departing airports, airline, and flight numbers as well as times. The driver Debby assigns to you will have all that information and will monitor it. We were 3 hours late once and the driver was standing right at the bottom of the escalator with our name on a sign. And if the driver knows your flight information, he'll also know ahead of time and will take you right to the correct baggage claim area. They need to know the departing flights also so they can monitor the those times and tell you when they will pick you up. (If your departing flight changes, they'll call the resort and let you know they'll be earlier or later according to schedule changes.) Tiffany is a real first class outfit!!
