Does anyone know whats in the Mandarin Orange Lemonade at Flame Tree? Is it simply orange juice and lemonade?

I'm not positive, but the way it looks on the menu leads me to believe that the vodka is Mandarin orange and that is added to regular lemonade:

It isn't orange juice and lemonade mixed. It is more like a flavored lemonade. I really like it!! It is a tiny bit tart, but not more so than traditional lemonade. There is also a watermelon lemonade in the Harambe market in AK and a mango at deluxe burger at Disney springs. I hope that helps!
