Question about fitting on rides...

Specifically at the water parks.
I've avoided amusement parks of any kind for the last 13 (of my 23) years for fear of being that person who finds out after waiting in line and getting on the ride that they're too big, and have to take the walk of shame. I've been doing my research and found that the 4 main parks seem to be, let's say, 'pooh-shaped' friendly. But I haven't been able to find much about the water parks. Am I, at about 5'7 and size 22, safe? Or is it going to be a scene like the simpsons when Homer gets stuck in the pipe at Mount Splashmore and has to be cut out? Cause I think that would suck.

You have nothing to worry about! Disney is very very accommodating to plus size people. I was a size 28/30 last year when I went and I fit on everything. I haven't yet been to the waterparks but they are apparently not going to be a problem (i'm off to TL in September!)

You're going to love it, don't worry about a thing! If you go to http://www.allearsnet.com/tp/ridsiz.htm you will be able to find out more about rides and they even have a section for the waterparks.

Sorry, I don't have a real answer here.

I'm thinking you would make it ok. My DH is a big kinda guy and he's been admitted on the water parks stuff. However, he does not do those really fast slides!

Im 5'8 and a size 22 and I had no problem in April at Typhoon lagoon

ETA Me and DH are both Big (DH 6'4 280 lbs) and we fit together on ALL the rides at the parks
