Question about final payment

Our final payment to the title company will be due any day now, and I'm wondering how most people pay for this? I'm nervous about sending a cashiers check via mail. I know at a minimum I would send it certified, but is there a better method?

I would send via UPS or Fed Ex with signature required.

For both my resale contracts, I sent the cashier's check via FedEx Overnight.

I bought 2 resales and sent it via snail mail it was received within 3 days max. that was from Ct to Fl just saying.

We did ours UPS Next Day, signature required with a cashier check. Wire transfers usually cost both ways, the sender pays a fee and the receiver pays a fee, unless your bank has a special offer on a wire. Our bank is $30 out and $15 in, so it may cost more to do a wire.

You would get insurance on it right?

Fed Ex doesn't insure a cashier's check due to the nature of it. That is how we sent it.
