I rebooked a canceled cruise and have excess FCC, I asked to have it placed in my onboard account. Can I use these funds to give my servers and stateroom attendants extra gratuities?

Yep - as princessshmoo said - you can. I just had a chat yesterday with a DCL CM and she confirmed that you can use the extra FCC for anything that you’d typically charge to your onboard account. FWIW - she also told me that anything NOT used on the ship will be forfeited. So, make sure you spend it all
