Question about Fantasmic Dining Package

I am planning to visit MGM on Sunday, 4/17. I have made PS at Hollywood and Vine; however, I did not book the Fantasmic package. Does anyone have any thoughts about how busy it might be that week in April? Should I book the package to ensure we get seats to the show? Last year I was at MGM the same week and we just walked in to Fantasmic. However, it seems to me it might be busier this year based on some problems I have had getting certain PS. What are your thoughts regarding this and Fantasmic in general? Thanks!

If you are already going to eat at Hollywood & Vine, why not just make it a fantasmic dinner? After all, you don't have to use the special entrance & seating if you don't want to and the cost is the same. It will give you the option.
