Question about express pass

I think I know the answer to this, but need to check. We are staying at RPR next fall, mainly because of the express pass. I thought that you can use it multiple times per day, unlimited. A friend now told me that when she stayed there last year, they were limited to once per day/ per ride. The reason I ask, is my son has autism, and gets fixated on certain rides ( high in the sky ride and spiderman we rode about 5 times each day).

OK, forgive me, I just spotted the FAQ and got my answer, sorry

Glad you got your answer, but for anyone that's unsure: If you stay offsite and purchase FOTL passes, they are limited to once per day per ride. The ones you get if you are staying onsite are unlimited.

I don't have autism, but do like to ride certain rides over and over, so love the unlimited FOTL passes that you get staying onsite.:rotfl: Even on my solo trips I'll pay to stay onsite, just to get unlimited FOTL. I just wished they were accepted at Forbidden Journey. Oh well, I just do single rider there over and over and over and over.:rotfl2:

Proof that this thread was useful after all: I did not realize that the express pass I will receive when I stay on site was unlimited. (I thought it was the other one).

One more question. I booked two days tickets (park-to-park), is the express pass only working for one day or for the two days?

Express pass is tied to the number of resort nights, not your park tickets.ONE night at a resort gives you express pass for both check in and check out day.

And that information is in the hotel overview for the Universal Loews hotels on their website. For anyone who likes official info. :)

So, let's say I booked monday night and tuesday night... +2tickets. It means i get the express pass for monday and tuesday? (And wednesday as well if i planned to go again?)

Yes that's correct because Wednesday is your check out day. You will just need to have park admission for that day in order to use the express on that day. You can upgrade your 2 day pass to a 3 day pass at the park when you get there if you think you will be able to use the 3rd day (depending on your travel plans).

I did not see it... :confused3

We're leaving on the third day for another hotel but it's good to know we have that kind of option if there is a change of plans! :cool1:

Getting links while on my phone (why did I leave my computer at home?) is hard to do on the fly but now I have time. This is the page for rpr but its the same for each of the three deluxe universal hotels.

Then the FAQ linked to over on the right.

Q: What days is the FREE Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass that serve as Express Access to skip the regular lines valid throughout my stay?

A: Your Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass is valid for Express Access (at participating attractions) from the time issued by the front desk until the Universal Orlando theme parks close, the day of your departure.

and....

Q: I realize check-in does not begin until 4:00 PM, but I wanted to use the Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass to skip the regular lines before that.

A: Please arrive as early as you like the day of check-in and our front desk agent will be happy to pre-register you and assist you with your Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass. The bellman will hold your luggage while you enjoy the parks.

Since we planned on a very early check-in, i'm happy to know we'll be able to receive our express pass early as well.
