Ok,
I count my "exercise week" the same as I do my WI week. Monday-Sunday
Last week I went to Vegas and I did the WATP's 3 mile on Monday, and then Tuesday I was going to come home and exercise after Cheer practice, but I ended at Walmart getting some last minute things for my daughter and a new pair of sneaks to do cheer practice in. I got home at 10:30pm, ate dinner (I hate when I don't get to eat till then, because I was becoming miserable and mean from my blood sugar dropping). I put in my new firm tape and did about half of it. It was after 12pm and I just couldn't get the moves because they are hard and I was very tired. I just ended up watching the tape and saying "you have to be kidding".
I went to Vegas on Wed night right after work, so I didn't work out that day.
On Thursday, we left to go shopping at 9am. We walked all day, going to several malls (and constantly walking back to put our purchases in the car). We went to dinner, and went back to an outdoor mall that was open until 10pm and we stayed till about 9:30pm. My muscles were sore the next day, including my sholder from carrying my heavy travel purse. I think we really put in some serious miles this day.
Friday, we shopped all day too. We also went back to a mall in the evening after dinner. I was still sore the next day, but I didn't carry around my bag this time so it wasn't as bad. Not as good of a workout as Thursday, but not bad for shopping all day.
Saturday, I did a tiny amount of swimming, but I don't feel like I worked out. We had a family picnic, at the pool and they didn't all leave until pretty late. I didn't swim as much as I wanted to because the sun was so darn hot, and there was no shade in the pool. I burn easily.
Sunday we went to Mt. Charleston outside, right outside of Vegas. The weather was so cool up there. We were supposed to hike. My idea of hiking is trails, but we didn't do that. We ended up mostly driving around looking at houses. We did get out once and walk up and down some of the residential streets. Very hilly, and I am sure we walked for about 30-45 minutes which is as long as some of the 2-3 mile walks.
Ok, now to my question. I haven't given myself my two week clippie this week because I am not sure that what I did this week counts as working out 3 days. I really think I did as much exercise as I would of with my tapes, but I think I have this thing in the back of my head that says " You didn't do "REAL" exercise, as in saying I am going to exercise and pulling out a tape and working out".
Do you think it counts? I have already earned my week clippie this week, but I don't know if I should start over this week and just keep the one week clippie, or put the 3 week clippie on.
What do you think? I don't want to take the 3 week, if what I did wasn't worthy of it!
