Question about Epcot evening EMH's

Looking forward to all the evening EMHs on our upcoming trip, we love the parks at night!

I have a question about the hours at Epcot for EMH. Official park hours list regular times as 9am-7pm for FW and 11am-9pm for WS. Do the extra 3 hours begin in FW at 7:00 or is it 9:00 for the whole park? Obviously, since most of the EMH attractions are in FW this has a big effect on it. I think since TT and MS stay open past 7p, it probably begins at 9p, but was not sure.

EMH for Epcot begins at 9:00 pm; that means it stays open until midnight. However, keep in mind that not all attractions are open until midnight.

In the World Showcase, ONLY the rides at Mexico and Norway are open. In Future World, there is a limited list of available attractions open (I am at work, and don't have my info here; otherwise, I'd post the list of attractions in FW open).

Some visitors have expressed surprise and disappointment that you can't even wander through the World Showcase after 9:00. They have it roped off, and only allow you to go to Mexico, Norway, and the exit at the International Gateway.
