Question about Epcot-Creating the New Wld. Of Tom. book

i am trying to buy a copy of the book, Epcot-Buildling the New World of Tomorrow by Richard Beard but i am confused because there are two different ISBN numbers with differing prices. the first is ISBN #0810908190 and it seems to be the more expensive one compared to ISBN # 0810908212.

does anyone know the difference in these? thanks.
