We are visiting WDW as a family for the first time ever this August:banana: My mother will be going with us, however she suffers from Emphysema:sad1: Will she be able to use her nebulizer on the airplane? She has a portable one that runs off batteries :confused3
Also I have read that there is some sort of ticket or line that people with disabilities can get so that they are allowed to wait for the rides in a shaded area. :confused3 :confused3 Anyone know anything about this?

Thanks ahead of time for any information!

Hi and :welcome: to disABILTIES.

You might want to check with the airline about the use of the nubulizer on the plane; the rules vary. When you call their main number, ask for special services; tell the initiasl operator it has to deal with medical questions and you should get put through right away.

If you click on where it says "disABILTIES" at the top of this page it will take you to the Index. The top item is the "disABILTIES FAQ" which will gives lots of useful information, including about Guest Assistance Cards.
