Question about Emeril's Restaurant

We have a reservation for dinner at Emeril's during our vacation in December. I read on his website to allow 2 hours for the dinning experience. Can anyone confirm this? (I am speaking of his restaurant located in Universal Citywalk, not the new one.)

I believe Tchoup chop took us about 1-1 1/2 hours. Emerils took us about an hour with low crowds.

Thanks for the response Prince Eric 1! I think the time we're planning on going is during a low season......Thurs. night Dec.18th.

Just wondering because we are staying at Disney our entire trip, but have decided to visit USF one day and eat at Emeril's that night. We're using a towncar for transportation, so I just needed to know about how long dinner will be.

When we ate there we had apps and entree and dessert/coffee...we were there 2 hours. When you make your plans make sure you leave time to walk around a bit before or after dinner, the area is very enjoyable! You can also hop a boat from there to check out any or all of the on-site hotels. Enjoy!

If you want the full experience...appetizers to coffee and desert it is about 2 hours...the digustation is wonderful...special chefs menu each evening, with our without the wine!
