Hello - does anyone know what happens if your DU agent happens to be on vacation when codes come out? Does another rep try for you? Thanks in advance!

I'll jump in here with another question... what if the discounts come out on a Sunday? I know Small World Vacations are open for business Monday to Saturday. I don't know about DU. I wonder if they'll have 'emergency' staff on hand?

I know that Joe and his team at Dream Come True Vacations have staff ready for Sunday if the codes come out then.

I can't speak to codes but our DU agent was on vacation the day that Candlelight Processional reservations opened up. She did have another agent book our reservation so we didn't miss out!

I can assure you that if your Dreams Agent is on vacation there will be another agent covering for him/her. If discounts are released there will be an agent prepared to make any applicable changes to your reservation.

Anne and DebIreland: great questions!! I had never thought of that. We are planning on utilizing DU's talents for our next WDW vacation since WE will be on holidays when codes come out (based on history). If you consider being at girl guide camp, a VACATION. NO seriously, we love it .

I am also hoping they can also arrange a few PS's for us.

Have booked Disney cruises through DU and whenever my agent was out another agent would take care of it, or I got an e-mail advising me who to contact. Never had a problem and response has always been timely.

Small World agents work on the weekends too but each makes their own hours. They are definitely available on the days that codes come out no matter the day of the week
