Does anyone know if you can get bottled drinks on the DDP, like a bottled coke instead of a fountain one with your CS meals?

FWIR, when fountain drinks are available, the drink included with the CS meal will be a fountain drink. Bottled drinks are typically available with snack credits, or when fountain drinks are not available.

We are not big soda drinkers and only allow our kids soda on occasion. I was hoping to be able to get them milks with their CS and for the adults, bottles of water. Are these available options?

We were always able to get bottles of water with our CS meals. If milk was available the kids could have had that too. I don't know about soda, we don't drink it.

So maybe you can get juice or milk with it but not a bottle soda if you're at the food court and just not bottle soda becuase there is another option?

Sorry, only one question, when you speak about "fountain drink" in a CS restaurant are you refering to a refilling drinks??? I mean that in a CS I can have a soda and after I have drunk it I can refill it.

Regards.

We were allowed to get bottled soda at the Pop food court while recently there. It was very popular as the CMs could barely keep them stocked. We ate CS there twice and it was not a problem. We had mugs, so we kept the bottled sodas for later.

In the parks, you cannot refill the fountain drinks; they're already filled for you.

And we got bottled water and milk at every CS we ate at.

We used several CS credits at ASMo's food court and got bottled drinks every time ~ nobody ever gave us a hard time about it. :) We only got fountain drinks in our refillable mugs. There wasn't a huge selection of bottled pop from what I remember, but there were plenty of other bottled drinks...water, milks, juices.

We never had a problem getting bottled drinks at any of the CS we ate at in August or May. I'm not sure what the actually rule so I can't tell you for sure. It helped alot getting bottled water with the CS as water is very expensive.

Thanks so much for this information. We're debating a grocery stop to buy waters and juice vs. buying refillable mugs. We're on the dining plan and will have a fridge in the room, so my thought was to buy the mugs, then when we use our CS credits at the food court, we can get milk/juice/water that can be saved for breakfast, etc. Sounds like that would be doable.

At POFQ last month, this was definitely doable. We only have one soda drinker in the family (dh, though ds aspires to be one), and we were allowed any of the bottled beverages with our CS meals. They had water, orange juice, apple juice, juice boxes, milk and chocolate milk (in 16 oz bottles), powerade and lemonade. I often got 2 milks with the kids' meals, plus an extra cup and had them share the milk (neither of them could finish one, anyway) and saved the extra for snacks and breakfasts.

Also, it seemed to me that at most CS restaurants, if they had fountain drinks available, they did not also have bottled soft drinks (though they might have water, milk and juice). So as long as you're willing to get a bottle of something other than water, you should be fine there, too.
