We recently purchased 210 resale points for the "extended" OKW. I've always been a little nervous about the deal due to the "extension" and the relatively little documentation that I have in that regard.

Anyway, we closed on the contract approx. 6 weeks ago, and I did receive the "planning" book from Disney. However, I have yet to receive any information that would contain our contract number, etc.

Should I be worried or just be patient? Any suggestions?

I'd at least be checking with the closing agency to let them know you haven't gotten your member information. 6 weeks?! I thought you were supposed to be in the system 7 to 10 days after closing.

Call Member Services. They will give you your info over the phone. Get the Member website info from them also.

I bought resale last year and only received DVC card in the mail--nothing else. But, we had taken the tour a few months before and had gotten the Blue Dream book and the DVC perks book from our guide. He was assigned to be our guide for our resale--so, did he not send it b/c we already had it--or should we have something else, as well?

If you are concerned then ask your settlement company for a copy estopple document from Disney. It should reflect the 2057 status of the points the same as the contract you signed otherwise it should not have “passed”
