Question about DLH

Just wondering... Is a standard view room the same as a deluxe view room at the Disneyland Hotel?

Deluxe view rooms are on the 3rd thru 6th floors with views of DTD or the pool and premium view rooms are on floors higher than that with unobstructed views of DTD or the pool. Standard view rooms are maybe views of a parking lot or something else unexciting.

Currently, Disneyland offers "Standard", "Theme park or Pool view", and "Upper Level Theme Park or Pool View." They no longer state "Deluxe." Upper Level views are floors 6 and above I believe.

Standards are usually the views of the parking lot or rooms that have obstructed views of DTD.

I've just found out my best friend booked us a one night stay for TONIGHT! I've never stayed on site at DLR before and I'm so excited. She booked us the lowest level room, not sure what it is called. Are there any "standard" rooms in the Fantasy or Adventure towers? Or will we be in the Frontier tower? We aren't checking in until this evening so I'm not sure how much of a choice we will have anyway. Anything else we should know/do for a quick one night stay?

If you book on a 3rd party site, they are categorized as standard, deluxe and premium. If on the DLR site, the terms you list are correct and provide a better description of the differences between them.

The uniform rectangular towers might make you assume the rooms would all be the same, but there are many variations.

Our room in the Adventure tower (last month) had 2 queens and a daybed (sofa chair, foldout to single bed), which was huge compared to the rooms at GCH (were we usually stay). Some friends were also in the Adventure tower, but the room size was reduced by utility closet and seemed like half the size, king bed only.
