question about Disney Visa Rewards

If I cash in now for my rewards, do they send me a gift card, Disney Dollars, etc? Is there an expiration on these? We are not going until September but I was going to go ahead & cash them in but wasn't sure if they would expire.

They send you a gift card that you can use like a debit card. I would wait until a little closer to you trip to order it. The cards do have an expiration date and if you do not use the points on the card you will lose them. Also your purchases with the debit/gift card do not need to be in whole dollars it will subtract the exact amount and tell you your balance.

I am saving mine for my trip in December.
