Question about Disney Visa rewards and Magic Band charges

Hi- I have a Disney Visa that we will be using to pay for our trip to get 2% rewards. However, we like to use our MB's out at the parks. If we have our Disney Visa on file at the hotel, which ultimately gets charged, does anyone know if you get the right 2% in rewards?
