Question about Disney pins bought at other companies?

I was thinking about the Video Game "Kingdom Hearts" and did a search on Pin Pics to see if there were any pins available, and came across ones released late last year at Hot Topic, that have:

It has a silver finish and Mickey head pin backs.
The back says (c) Disney Pin USA China.

Does that mean they are official and legitimate pins for collecting and trading?

We bought from pins from HT and had no problems trading them in the parks. As long as they have the Disney copyright they are tradable.
