No, sometimes they don't contact you at all when you have a pin code attached to your name. You can call and ask if there's a code attached to your name. If you get a nice CM, they will check for you. Or you could get one that won't help at all. It just seems to be luck of the draw anymore, as to if they will look it up for you.

Thanks!!!! I just read the post at the top of page about codes. Still not 100% on translating it but I get the idea...I think. Maybe I will call Disney & ask if I have a pin/code. I doubt I do b/c they have my info, email, address, phone etc.

Disney has had my current address, telephone and email info for at least the last 10 years (none of it has changed in the last 10 years) and we have never received an discount post card nor an email pin code, ever. I called back in February and asked if I had a pin code attached to my name and I did, a 40% off room code, but we couldn't use any of the dates it was available for. We were lucky enough to get the Disney Visa Free Dining Code, but that came from Chase Visa, not Disney.
