We will be touring AK during the day and Downtown Disney that afternoon or night for one of our trip days and we were curious what options we should explore for dinner that night. My family includes two three year olds and a two year old so we need to eat at kid-friendly places and would like to be close to one of the two destinations. Any suggestions would be great, also we will be using the Disney dining plan for everyone.

Thanks for any info!

planet hollywood is the closest but god how noisy. If your kids do well in loud places while eating the go for it or eat before 5:30 in planet hollywood.
I would try and do a buffet somewhere. so easy with kids and eating. and grab disney transportation to DTD.

Rainforest Cafe it is in the Marketplace in downtown disney. My 3 year old loves it and she has been going since she was 1. It is like you are eating in a rainforest. I have not been to that location but ours has different animals in different rooms. Elephants, gorillas etc. The have very large fish tanks. The stools at the bar are animals. It is s really neat restaurant. The menu's are on www.allearsnet.com As are all menus.
