Question about deleted email

Does anyone know if there is any way to retrieve email that was deleted? We use Outlook Express, and I know the email was permanantly deleted.

Is there any way to view a copy of it still?

If it was deleted from the "Deleted" folder, no, not under normal methods. I think you might be able to go to a computer data recovery firm and possibly retrieve, but at a cost.
