Question about deed

After you pay Off your Disney loan, when does Disney send you the deed in your name?

They will send a satisfaction of mortgage after it's been filed with the appropriate county. You should have received a copy of the deed when you originally purchased.

For a while, they used to send out individual satisfactions. Now it's a blanket one that covers many loans.

Was supposed to say blanket. It will be a generic satisfaction with an attached list of loans covered.
