Question about Dec. park hours

So December hours have been released, but they're super limited at AK and HS. Both closing early, no Fantasmic times, etc. I know that will change as we get closer. My real question is- will they add Early Morning Magic or change the Extra Magic Hours as we get closer? I'm looking to book a PPO breakfast at MK but if they wind up changing it to a EMM or EMH day, it's kind of pointless. Thanks!

Yes, they could add hours or switch EMH days.

Hours are more likely to be added to the end of December than they are the beginning.

Schedules can change the day of with Disney. As unfortunate as that can be, you pretty much just have to plan and decide to go with the flow.

One of last year's crowd calendars shows an 8:30 and 10pm Fantasmic on most nights. Currently the Dec calendar has the park closing at 7pm. I am not familiar with traveling in Dec...do you think it is likely it will be open in a similar fashion to last year????

Oh well! The PPO I was hoping to get our last day since we won't be in the parks that day, but traveling. If it winds up being changing, all it will bum up is my chances of getting a near empty shot in front of the castle! LOL thanks everyone

I am also disappointed with the lack of hours so far. I went at this exact time last year and it was no where this short of days. I just booked an 8am (9am open) at Be Our Guest on Dec 11. If they add an early morning magic, can my reservation be canceled by them? Will I have to shell out the money for EMM? I really hope not! I didn't even consider this possibility.

Neither EMM or EMH would change your ADR. Nor would it affect your ability to enter the park. It would only mean more people entering the park at 8:00.
