Question about current room offer

Hi, am I going nuts, or did the stay longer offer extend into August? Now it expires July 31st?

Mouse savers says free dining went into early August (expired 2/10) but the room only is 7/31.

ETA wait, that's AP and Florida. You're right that they changed the regular one:
5/1/25-9/30/25 (adjusted to 5/1/25-7/31/25)

I could’ve sworn I was looking at a Stay Longer discount when I was pricing rooms for early September (definitely wasn’t Aug). I had rack rate, package and stay longer showing for my choices). WOW!

I'm booked for later August under "Stay Longer and Save More".

If enough rooms filled up with it I can see them shifting the date to fill rooms where needed.

A couple of people posted on anther thread yesterday that overnight the discount changed! From the end of August to the end of July. Crazy! I think something else will be offered. I'd be surprised if there are no discounts for August.

Hopefully something will come back for the beginning of August. we generally rent points, but with some health issues in the family, thought I'd bite the bullet and book directly through Disney in case we had to cancel last minute. Now I have to rethink everything, ugh!

DVC Rental now offers insurance, so if you have to cancel, this might help!

thanks everyone, never gave it a thought that the rate would go away, oh boy....

All discounts offered are for a set number of rooms at each resort, not all rooms. So I imagine once they fill all those rooms or a majority of them then the offer gets closed or adjusted. It is why I always book a room if I think I am going, I can always cancel it but don't want to risk them running out of rooms for my time frame & specific discount.

I would hope so!! I never thought there would be an offer, then it would be gone, I guess I should have done like Hopperfan and just booked it. Oh well, lesson learned!

Even AP and Florida Resident discounts end July 31, so it will be interesting to see if any comes up for immediately after.

That offer was pulled overnight Monday/ Tuesday. There is a room discount offer that lasts thru April 30 & another that starts May 1st. So discounts are still available thru spring break & Easter, much busier times than August & September.. the height of summer heat & hurricaine season. I would 100% bet money on another discount for that time frame coming out.

we booked the “stay longer and save” deal last week for a September trip. One thing we did find though is that it’s for a limited number of rooms at each resort. We were considering WL or BC. Went in the next morning and the deal was gone for WL. No rooms available at WL with the deal. So we got the deal and booked at BC.
I never read the fine print of the deal to see if it said only on a limited basis, but from our shopping experience that seems to be the case.

Discount offers have always been limited on resorts, room types, dates & booking period. That’s clearly stated on the information page. In the past, the book by date was announced & shown in advance. Recently there has been no notice of when you had to book by, the offers were just pulled overnight with no prior notice.
