Question about Crystal Palace Rehab

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew what they did when the rehabed restaurants like this? Is it just a time to do deep cleaning, painting etc... or is there a chance that they will completly change it? Just wondering if anyone had any ideas.

We are planning on trying to eat the on our March trip...can't wait!!!
