Question about credit pooling - Adults/Children

We've booked our meals but have have decided to add an additional table service, which will take us (2 adults, 1 child) over our table service allocation.

We were just planning to pay for the additional table service OOP.

However, it occurred to me that we could pay for our son's, lesser expensive table service meals three times and not use up the credits. Then, we're paying for less expensive meals rather than full priced adult meals.

Am I correct or are the credits not pooled that way?

TS credits are only pooled on the deluxe plan, on the regular DDP they are separated. Only the QS credits are pooled.

No, if you are on the regular DDP and if you pay OOP for his meals, you'll just have 3 KID's TS meals leftover.

You'll have to pay for one meal OOP. Make sure any buffet meals are paid with DDP at least for the child. If you have a couple a la carte places, the adults can pay one meal DDP, one meal OOP, and then share the dessert. Just be sure they know you want the expensive entree on the DDP and the cheaper one OOP.
