Question about coupon book

Hi, this is my first post so bear with me. I have a question about the coupon book. I originally had a club room booked in May, called yesterday and switched it to a standard room. I was told now I will not get a coupon book. Does anyone know what this means? Is the coupon book worth it? Thanks for any help you can give me.

i don't think the coupon books are worth it if they are the same as they have been in the past.

there is a thread in the other forum about this subject.

some older threads are listed in that present thread about the coupons.


you can still get the coupon book when you check into the hotel.
switching from one type of room to another does not disqualify you from getting the booklet.
