Question about Counter Service Restaurants

We do a few sit down dinners during our WDW vacations, but mostly we do counter service. I'd like to try some new ones this time, but I have a question....

Any expert out there know which counter service restaurants do NOT have seating inside in an airconditioned place.....ie...they only have outside tables? If I give up a nice seated meal to save $$$ I at least want to be in airconditioning!

Oh, I hope someone can respond. After reading all the seagull stories, I would love to know which counter service restaurants have some kind of sheltered seating area....

Some of my favorites are Pecos Bill and Pinnochio Village Haus in the Magic Kingdom. Also, Columbia Harbor House would be a good choice there.

I'm trying to think; I know many of them have inside and outside seating, so it's just a case of getting there early.

Some of the ones in Fantasyland might be outdoors only. But I know for sure you can sit inside at: MK- Cosmic Ray's, Pecos Bill's; Epcot-the new food court at the Land; AK- Tusker House; Studios: ABC Commissary, and Backlot Express. Again, some of these have both indoor and outdoor seating.

The cluster of counter service restaurants at the MGM across the Beauty and the Beast show is all outdoors.

Indoor seating:

MK - Casey's (limited), Pecos Bills, the Mexican place across from Pirates, Columbia Harbor House, Pinnochios, Cosmic Rays

AK - Pizzafari, Tusker House

Epcot - Yakatori (limited), Sommerfest, Land, Electric Umbrella

MGM - Pizza Planet (this is the only place we eat counter service at MGM)

I can tell you one for sure because we found out the hard way one sweltering August afternoon after we paid for our meal - the Lotus Blossom Cafe in China at Epcot has a covered seating area with no a/c or fans. We enjoyed the food but boy was it ever uncomfortable. Even a couple of ceiling fans would have made it more bearable!
