Question about contacting Poly concierge

We're going to stay concierge for the first time in December. I've booked the room and got a form to fill out and return to the concierge. Between the hurricanes our mail got way out of whack. We now have 70 days until we go and I haven't done any priority seating, etc. Should I fill this out and mail it, email or fax the concierge?

I would fill it out and send it back to them, but contact them now by email. I contacted the IPO at the BC by email first, then she sent me the papers and told me to send them back even though we had been in touch through email. It was very nice contacting through email, they would update me every few days as to how my PSs were going. Since you are under 90 days, I would email them.

Fax may be your best bet and then follow up with an email.... When I stayed I did everything by email with them.... I couldn't figure out how to use my fax machine I have since learned (it is one of the ones built into the computer)

We had great success emailing the planning office. Their address is:

The staff is great and they will go out of their way to help with with all requests. Have a terrific time (wish I was going with you!)

You can also call them. 407-824-2466. I did this for our trip last month. Sarah was a big help.
