Question about codes...

I have a silly question about codes. Once you find a code, how do you use it? Are they to be used only online or could you call Disney Travel and just tell them the codes?

i just call cro and ask them to check availability for whatever code i want to use.

CRO is central reservations office. Yes, all you do is call and ask for availability for the code you want to use. I just used a code yesterday, it was no problem.
