Question about Christmas ressies

Just got the go ahead from DH to start planning a 6 night trip at VWL over Christmas - next year. We have wanted to do a WDW trip at Christmas for years and years but it has never worked out. Our DD's are both in college so if we are going to do this - we need to do it like NOW.

Our home resort is VWL so I will at least get the 11 month window - but my question is how hard is it to get?

We just want a studio - for the 23rd through the 28th (checking out hte 29th).

Any tips, advice anyone has to help me snag this would be soo appreciated.

I really think this might be the last year we have for a trip to WDW at Christmas with all four of us.

LOL thanks - but that stuff I already know from staying there MANY times already.

What I wanted to know is any advice or tips to make sure I can get the room over Christmas. I know it might be difficult.

As long as you call the morning of Jan 23 you will not have a problem getting what you want.

We booked this year's Christmas trip (Dec22-28) late---late Sept/early Oct. We were able to get 3 nights in a 1bdrm at our home resort BWV. Then we moved to Saratoga for 2nights.

Call on your 11month window. Pixie dust!!

We just got back from Dec 21-26 studio at VWL. We booked at the 7 month mark.
