We are planning on taking advantage of the new free dining offer coming out because we will be in Florida for a wedding in Tampa. We plan on booking and checking in Nov.23. However, we will be checking in after attending a wedding in Tampa that evening and I am afraid it might be after midnight before we arrive at the resort to check in. Will this cause a problem with the free dining? Or can you let them know you might be doing a very late check-in, after midnight? If the dates leaked are correct, the 23rd is the last day for free dining that week.

Computers don't roll over until around 6a for the next day. Lots of people check in late with flights and what not. Just have them note it on your reservation and you'll be fine :thumbsup2

This is correct :). After midnight is technically the next day, but according to Disney, it's still the 23rd as far as checking in goes, so you will be fine :goodvibes.

We got married on 11/2/12 and had our reception at the grand Floridian. We checked in well after our reception ended, probably close to 12:30/ 1:00 am on 11/3. Our reservation began on 11/2 but we had zero issues checking in that late and were not the only ones doing so. The only ones in a bridal gown as tux for sure but there were a handful of other people checking in at the same time.
