Are you speaking about the Disney CareerStart Program? If so, upon accepting your role there is a program assessment fee of $75.50, and that's the only out of pocket expense you will have to pay Disney. Other than that, all other aspects of the program are included - including housing, transportation, wardrobe and other related items. (As far as housing goes, rent for your share of the apartment is automatically deducted from your weekly paychecks)

There are other living expenses you will incur, such as furnishings for your apartment (apartments are fully furnished, but you'll still need your own linens and other personal items), food/beverage, gas for your card if you bring one and entertainment outside of what's included in the Disney Difference benefits package. However, the only out-of-pocket expense is your program assessment fee.
