Question About Cancelling After Almost Paid In Full

I am sure that if you ask for a supervisor and explain the circumstances they wil work something out in yur favor. Disney magic happens on many levels..Good luck to you.....
 
Why don't you have the webcertificate any longer??

Just go to webcertificate.com and log in and see if your account is still active.

You don't need the plastic card for telephone reservations.

When my PayPal debit card expired, they automatically sent me a new one.

However, it should be relatively easy to transfer the funds from one reservation to a new one.

I don't have that webcertificate account any longer. I honestly don't even remember what the login name is and I tried every possible one I could think of, and nothing came up. I would hate to have money be refunded and I can't get to it.

I don't have a paypal debit card at all anymore, as I downgraded my account to a personal one.

Room only reservations can be canceled and refunded in full up to 5 days in advance of arrival. The amount paid by paypal should be able to be refunded to you by check. For the amount paid by webcertificate, I imagine that they will be able to either give you a webcertificate or a check for that amount or a credit toward a future trip.

Either way, a full refund can be obtained if canceled before 5 days in advance of arrival.

Disney has no way of knowing the difference between the webcertificate or the paypal debit card payments as they were both mastercards.

I will call them tomorrow to get clarification on what I can do.
 
I just cancelled my hotel only ressie and had my money back within 7 days! I was really suprised. After we won a trip I needed to cancel my ressie.
