I cancelled a RO reservation on Friday the 20th and also did not get any type of email. I was a little nervous because people had been talking about having problems with the web site. It was all good, I received notice from my credit card company that I had been credited with the deposit amount on the next Thursday.
I have never gotten an email following cancelling a room and I do get emails for everything else. I'm leaning to they don't send emails out for room cancellations.
