Question about calling CRO

We are looking into booking a trip to Disney World for our 10 yr anniversary. WE just don't know when to go. We are looking into either early Sept., mid-October or after thanksgiving. I have not booked, but I have in the past received postcard rates, at least 1-3x a year. Last one I received was in January. Should I just call them and see if there are any pins attached to my name prior to booking? Would that be rude? What I am really looking for is the free dining, since we are taking the 3 boys with us. Does anyone know how long that fall offer is good for? Thanks.
