I found a seller that has almost every book I want in stock, but buying isn't as simple as going through amazon. Do I have to buy each book separately and contact the seller to ship them together (and maybe more cheaply?).
Also, how is half.com for buying used books? Any easier?
I'm not sure about multiple purchases from the same seller, but I can tell you that the seller has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the shipping costs; those are pre-determined by Amazon. A seller cannot change the shipping costs.
Try placing the books in your shopping cart and go to check out to see if they bundle them together by seller.
I have purchased used books thru Amazon and usually if it is the same seller they try to send the books together. But I think that you have to order them all at the same time.
I just wonder if its beneficial going through the same seller. If shipping will be the same, I just assume go for the lowest price, which may or may not be them.
I sell my used books, etc. thru Amazon. I think maybe once I had 2 books purchased by the same buyer. I don't think they were charged less shipping by Amazon.
