Can anyone please confirm for me what time is lunch available from and to everyday for sit down at one of the sit down restaurants? I'm asking like is it Noon to 2 PM?

What time is breakfast from and to? Thanks!

I clicked on a Sea Day.

Cabanas: 11:45 am to 2 pm
Pool Deck: 10:30 am to 6 pm
Royal Court: 12 pm to 1:30 pm
