Question About Booking Palo

We are traveling with two other families on the Dream and are thinking about an adults dinner one night.

We are Silver Castaway Club members and this is the first cruise for the other two families so I'm just a little unclear on the following:

1) how we book a table at palo for all 6 (our reservations are not linked) and
2) does the fact that we can book earlier than the others come into play?

Unrelated to your Palo question, do all of the families want to be seated together in the Main Dining Room? If so, you need to have all of the reservations linked for (at least) dining.

As for your booking for Palo, you will only be able to book all once their window for booking opens. You could book a table for two, but the other 4 would not be able to book until their booking window, at least that was my experience.

You can only book for your own stateroom at the 90 day mark. They can book at the 75 day mark. Then visit the location listed in the Navigator on embarkation day for Palo reservations in order to combine the reservations. It shouldn't be a problem if you do it that first afternoon.

Be sure to have them book, even if they have to select a different time from yours. I have heard having a reservation in general helps. You should be just fine!

Book for the 2 of you at the 90 day mark. Your reservations will need to be linked if you want to book the same table for all of you. Book the others when their booking window opens at 75 days. If you don't want to link your reservations you will need to book 2,2, and 2 then day you board go to Palo and they will be able to get you all together.

Also as others have said if you want to sit together on the other nights you will need to link your reservations.
