... if you are on the 4 night Wonder- can you book your next cruise on the 7 night Magic? I am thinking about cruising in December or January... but only 4 night because we want to spend some time at Disney World too... I have already done the 4 night and KNOW I want to do a 7 Night sometime and that made me think of this question.

We were on the Jan 26th Wonder and they were offering re-booking on both the Wonder and Magic. They had the $100 cabin credit for the Wonder and $200 credit for the Magic. We re-booked for Jan next year for the Magic while on the Wonder...we can not wait, especially with all the snow over the past weekend (24" here).

While on board the Wonder a couple weeks ago, we booked several of our 2004 trips (it was so handy to be able to know right away whether the secret porthole rooms were available). We also booked our 5/24 Magic cruise while on board. You can book for either ship, and since we are client of DU, they were able to transfer the ressies immediately. By the time we got home, the DU email confirmations were waiting for us. But sometimes the wait to meet with the online booking agent can be pretty long. On the Wonder, I slipped out of the Disney Dreams matinee to be the first in line because when we had visited the night before, there were quite a few people waiting. The process can be slow if people ahead of you are checking multiple dates, category options, rooms, etc.

Thanks you guys! Now I'm thinking about doing the 7 night and only a couple of days at WDW. LOL- for your $$ the cruise is just such a great deal- immersed in "the magic" and all at one low price!

How many cruises are you taking next year Barb?? The obstruction in "the secret porthole" rooms doesn't bother you?

Right now I think we have 5 booked for 2004, but we'll probably do one or two more. We wanted to do New Years, but the SPRs were long gone so we decided against it. But we'll probably still slip in one or two more dates.
The view from 5520 and 5020 is not bad at all. I'm so used to the SPRs that I'd probably be totally confused in a "regular" porthole room! I love deck 5 anyway...the non-connecting SPRs and 5650 are pretty much our homes away from home. When we are in SPRs, we do spend more time in the Rainforest than when we have a verandah.
