question about booking at the poly

i have not called yet about changing my reservation...........but can you ask for a certain long house at the poly? do they usually give you what you want? i have my 4 top choices listed in order
are they able to tell you where the rooms are that are open?

You can request a speific Longhouse, however just remember it's only a request and when you check-in it might not be available. The only Longhouses that don't need to be requested is Hawaii because that is where the Garden View and Lagoon View Club Level rooms are located. The other one is Tonga because that is where all the suites are located. So if you were to book any of those specific rooms then you are guaranteed one of those Longhouses.

That is correct. We always stay Club level, but when our friends went with us they had it notated on their ressie that they wanted a particular area and were accommodated. They tell you that while they don't gaurentee anything, they will try to do it if at all possible.
