Question About Boma

I know that Boma rotates some of their entrees (e.g. ribs on Tuesday). Does anyone know what they feature on Saturday nights? I really want to try the ribs but based on our schedule it looks like Saturday night is the only night we'll be able to get to Boma.

We had ribs at Boma last year on a Sunday. They were not on the menu this year -- I think (but am not 100% sure) that it was a Thursday.
