What happens to the 2009 and 2010 point charts for Bay Lake Tower is the % of rooms in each view is different than planned?
Also, where do you think the types of views will be?
I would guess that with 218 2-bedroom units that if DVC is using 20% MK view that the seven 2-bedroom and the outside half of the "C" facing the Magic Kingdom floors 6 to 13 would be MK views (56 rooms). The rest of the outside rooms on that half of the "C" would be standard rooms, floors 1-5 (27 rooms, 10%) and that the other half of the "C" and all of the inside rooms would be Lake View, 70% (198 2-bedrooms). Do you think this would be a pretty accurate guess?
