Question about Birthday cakes at MK

If you brought in a cake topper to crt or bog would they put the topper on the cake before they brought it out it?

I don't think so... but you can put the topper on yourself, before the cake is delivered to the table. I believe this is what I've read in several posts on the Cake Chatter thread!
