Here's my story and it's really a mess!!!! Im ade reservations awhile ago for a 2 bedroom at VWL, I had to borrow points for this reservation. Since then I added on points at VWL and banked 2001 points into 2002 points. We decided this trip to try out YC ( I know not the best use of points) since we like SAB(didn't want to pool hop with 2 young kids) and BCV wasn't supposed to be opened yet, bummer!!! Well, I booked my YC reservation and all was fine until this morning... My guests decided to cancel on me!!!! I called MS this morning, it took me 1 hour to get through but only held for 5 minutes and changed my 2 bedroom at VWL to a 1 bedroom at VWL since I already have my YC reservation. Well, I was told that since I booked the 2 bedroom using borrowed points NOTHING can be done with these points and I now have 59 points out there due to expire on Jan 31, 2003. The CM was very nice and was really helpful and even tried to talk to her supervisor to see if there was anything she could do to help me but her supervisor is out until Mon. I asked her if I could reallocate points so these would be 2002 points so I could bank them. She said when I made my YC reservation current 2002 points were used and placed into reservation status leaving me with mostly borrowed points for my VWL reservation. The CM is calling me back on Mon after talking to her supervisor, is there anything I can do but hope the supervisor can help me?
