Question about bank accounts

My DW and I are heading down to WDW on March 27th and she gets paid on March 28th. I get paid on April 4th while we're there as well. Now, we'll be bringing some money with us, but part of our plan was to use the money from both of those paydays for spending money while we're down there.

First question is: Is there an ATM that is accessible without the use of a car? We'll be staying at Pop Century if that helps.
Second question: Are there limits to how much you can withdraw at one time?
Third question: Will those ATMs accept regular bank cards from Canada?

Each park has an ATM available. I have used them in the past with a Canadian debit card. I'm sure the service charges vary from bank to bank, but RBC charged us $5.00.
